Back And Neck Care Talk To Community

Clients up arrow
Back and neck pain are two of the main complaints of our Day Therapy Centre clients. Clients who suffer from these conditions usually obtain relief from physiotherapy.
The Back and Neck Care Information Session in progress.
However, long-term, self-help management is essential in order to avoid recurrence of the condition. The Back and Neck Care Information Session is a health education session to community clients conducted by our physiotherapist once every three months. It consists of easy to understand knowledge in anatomy of the spine, principles of how to look after our back and neck during daily activities, demonstration of appliances that may provide proper support for the neck and back, and practical information for a back and neck home exercise program.

Excellent feedback from the participants in the previous sessions has proved the importance of educating clients to implement the self-help strategy in order to manage a chronic back and neck pain problem.
