Strathdon Community runs several events, with the assistance of volunteers, throughout the year for the general public to attend. Some events assist with Strathdon's fundraising efforts. 5th Annual Children's Art Competition & Show
Local Primary school students exhibit their work at Strathdon Community. A presention of prizes will be announced at 7pm for each school. There is also a chance to win an ipod nano on the night, with each adult admission receiving one free entry into a prize draw! Don't miss out.
Date:	Friday 8th August, 3pm - 8pm

Strathdon Foothills Auxiliary's Annual Fete
Come along with your family and join the festivities at Strathdon's annual fete. Features include an animal farm, jumping castle, fire engine rides, many stalls and more! All proceeds to benefit the frail aged at Strathdon Community.

An afternoon with Joy and John
Join Joy Allen and John Colvin perform an afternoon of songs at Strathdon Community, including musical favourites such as Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Granada, West Side Story, The Merry Widow and more. All proceeds to benefit the frail aged at Strathdon Community. For details, phone 9845 3104

Quilt and Craft Show 2008
Strathdon Quilters present a Quilt and Craft show at Strathdon Community Centre. Light refreshments available, and a large selection of handmade gifts and Christmas decorations for purchase. Details: 9807 0236

Trash and Treasure - 1st Saturday of each Month
A Trash and Treasure is held on the first Saturday of every month at Strathdon and is organised by the Strathdon Foothills Auxiliary. Items sold include furniture, clothing, books and knick-knacks. For further information or for donation of items, please contact Reception - 9877 5144.
Date:	1st Saturday of each month - 10am - 12pm
