Synod of Victoria and Tasmania Standing Committee resolved
that the Councils of Strathdon, Kalkee and Strathhaven be
granted full delegation of governance responsibilities under
a "Delegated Powers" model outlined in the Victorian
Aged Care Steering Committee's report. Other agencies would
be directly under the control of the Aged Care Board from
1 July 2004. |
