Strathdon
Community provides high dependency residential nursing care through
its Nursing Home, situated at 17 Jolimont Road, Forest Hill. Accommodation in the Nursing Home is mainly in single and double rooms. A major redevelopment and refurbishment of Strathdon's Nursing Home was completed in 2004. The Nursing Home consists at present of 60 permanent beds for both men and women. Residents are accommodated in one new purpose designed wings which have been added to the Nursing Home, consisting of one and two bed rooms with ensuite facilities and in the refurbished central area. The aim of Strathdon's Nursing Home is to provide high quality nursing care in a warm, caring environment - to provide a home to our residents and to meet their social needs. |
